Do I pay online?
Only the ₱10 booking fee. You pay the consultation at the clinic.
Can I walk in?
Yes, for today only. Walk-ins are seen after booked patients.
Do you accept my HMO?
Each clinic lists its HMOs. Confirm with your HMO and the clinic.
What should I bring?
Any past lab results and your list of medicines.
What if the doctor can't see me?
We'll gently let you know by email and help you pick a new time. Your ₱10 booking fee is safe with us, and we'll take care of it for you.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from My bookings. Our refund policy explains when the booking fee is returned.
Is this for emergencies?
No. For emergencies, go to the nearest emergency room or call 911.
